On January 6th, 16 students from Algona's high school band will participate in the North Central Iowa Bandmaster's Association Honor Band Festival. They will perform on the campus of NIACC and will present a concert at 5:00 PM. The students are selected based on playing merits and director recommendation. There are two bands and students selected from Algona are listed below-
