The long awaited AHS theatrical fall production will be performed this weekend! The Addams Family musical is a spinoff of the classic Addams Family show, featuring some new characters.
The musical will feature the iconic family of Gomez, Morticia, Wednesday, Pugsley, Grandma, Fester, and Lurch. “They're creepy and they're kooky. Mysterious and spooky.” The cast playing the family are students Riker Brindley as Gomez, Kylie Skow as Morticia, Shea Thilges as Wednesday, Aidyn Schmitt as Pugsley, Loralei Brady as Grandma, Jacob Shutter as Fester, and Jonathan Meyer as Lurch. Mrs. Rachel Zuetlau and Mr. Adam Orban will be directing the production.
Director Rachel Zuetlau said, “Doing the Addams Family musical has been a great experience both for us teachers and students. We’re super excited to do the show over Halloween weekend. Come out and enjoy a family friendly show over the holiday weekend.”
The show circuit starts off with morning and afternoon matinees put on for individuals from Exceptional Opportunities and elementary and middle school students on Friday, October 29th.
You can watch the musical at the AHS Performing Arts Center on the 30th and 31st of October. Tickets will be available at the door. Child ticket prices are $5 and it is $7 for adults. Activity passes will not be accepted. Halloween costumes are encouraged!
