Mrs. Hamilton is a new teacher here at Algona High School. She is a special education teacher.
Upon high school graduation, Hamilton went to the University of Northern Iowa and majored in elementary education. Hamilton states, “I enjoyed my classes, hanging out with friends, and the social aspect!”
Hamilton loves the town of Algona, which is one reason why she decided to come teach at AHS. She is already loving it. She also loves the good community, with lots of friendly smiles. “It’s such a great place to come, raise a family, and settle down.” Hamilton is married to her wonderful husband and has an almost one year old.
In Mrs. Hamilton’s spare time she really enjoys spoiling herself by getting her nails done and going shopping. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Mrs. Hamilton is a great addition to AHS and our community of Algona. Make sure to welcome her when you see her around!
