Superstars winners 2023

As term three is coming to an end, it means Superstars is coming up, on March 20th. Many students look forward to this day filled with activities. The different grades dress up in their grade color in order to compete. Freshmen are to wear white, sophomores are in blue, juniors should wear red, and seniors wear black.

After lunch, the activities will begin. Many students take part in different activities during the day. Some popular activities include dodgeball, spikeball, crab soccer, human ladder, limbo, tire bridge, 3 point contest, musical chairs, and tug of war.

Towards the middle of Superstars, students gather in the commons and the talent show will take place. Many students participate and show off their great talents. Some popular talents include singing, dancing, and other tricks.

Students picked the events they want to compete in on Friday, March 8th, but they can still be altered by talking to Mr. Slagle or Mr. Miller.

Senior, Najolie Price, says,“I’m excited to compete with my class for my last year of Superstars.”

This year’s seniors finished in third last year, with 343.8 points, and in second were this year’s juniors, with 359.4 points. The winners were last year’s seniors, so someone new will be crowned champion!
