Trapshooting 4/5/25

The Algona High School trapshooting team had their first two meets. Both of them were  home meets on Wednesday, April 5th, and Saturday, April 9th, at the Izaak Walton League, which is their home course.

On Wednesday, the top Algona trapshooter was Porter Divis who shot 48 out of 50. On Saturday, the top AHS team placed second overall with a score of 224. The team that got the score was Cody Harms, Divis, Blake Kajewski, Aiden Riggert, and Jacob Seebecker. The highest male shooter was Divis again, this time with a score of 45/50. The highest women's score at this meet from AHS was Hana Perez with a score of 40/50.

The team will be shooting again on Monday, April 21st. Way to go Bulldogs and shoot great on Monday.
