On February 20th, the AHS Jazz Choir, Scarlet Midnight, went to the Shake the Lakes competition in Spirit Lake. Here they placed first! Choir director, Mr. Herbst-Ulmer states, “When we finished our performances at the contest we all were really locked in and we all agreed that this was one of their best performances ever.”
The next competition for AHS Jazz Choir is on March 7th in Emmetsburg for the Emmetsburg Extravaganza. AHS has previously placed 1st at this event for three years in a row!
