On the 21st of February, the Royal Arrow Archery Club headed to the Faribault Archery Club in Faribault, Minnesota. The Saturday tournament brought many victories. Both Alfred Harren and Deitra Broesder got first place while Gavin Nemmers and Karsyn Myhre got second. When Karsyn Myhre was asked about archery, she said, “Archery is really fun.”
The archery team spent their early afternoon at the Whittemore Community Center on the 28th of February. At this meet, Corbin Darling achieved first while Gavin Nemmers got second for the guys. For the girls, Deitra Broesder got first while Karsyn Myhre placed second. Congratulations to all of the place winners over these past couple of weeks.
Next up, the archery team will head to the Iowa Deer Classic in Des Moines, on March 7th, to compete at the Vegas 300 & Indoor 3D. The flight time will start at 10 AM and go until 2:00 PM. Good luck and let those arrows fly!
