Archery Karsyn Myhre 2026

On the 21st of March, the Royal Arrow Archers Club traveled to the Straight River Archery Club in Medford, Minnesota, for an indoor 3D tournament. This meet was full of archers trying some harder targets, bringing the team some new success. Cael Charbonneaux, Karsyn Myhre, and Wyatt Schaffer all got out of their comfort zones and it paid off. Charbonneaux knocked a ping pong ball down, Myhre stuck the apple, and Schaffer nailed the steel turkey. From their courage in trying a difficult shot, they all received an extra 20 points. It was an interesting start to the meet as the coaches posted on Facebook, “Saturday took us up to Medford to Straight River Archery for an indoor 3D tournament after the bus forgot to come and get us.”

The team did great for overall placing Saturday. For the boys, Gavin Nemmers got first as well as Schaffer placing second. The girls also had some great outcomes, Kinley Karels placed first and Myhre placed second.

Last weekend, on the 28th, the archery team then traveled to Toddville, Iowa, to compete at the Waltonians of Toddville Cabin Fever Outdoor 3D meet.

April 4th they will travel to Albert Lea, Minnesota, for a Full Draw Indoor 3D meet. The flight time will start at 1:45pm. Great job and good luck to all the archers at their upcoming events!
