On Monday, April 20th, the AHS trap team had a meet in Ventura. Algona High School placed 2nd as a team with Walker Eilerts, Hana Perez, Diedrick Schnieders, Blake Kajewski, and Owen Doocy as the top shooters. Top female shooter on the night was Hana Perez with a score of 46. Walker Eilerts was the highest male shooter individually, placing 2nd with a score of 49.
Their last meet was at Palmer on Wednesday, April 22th. Walker Eilerts scored 43, Blake Kajewski scored 37, Jacob Seebecker scored 45, Diedrick Schnieders scored 25, and Nile Owen scored 36. 
They had a pancake breakfast on Sunday, April 26th, held at Issac Walton League across from Smith Lake. Money raised from this breakfast went to fund trapshooting’s program.
The teams next meet will be on May 4th in Ventura.
