The community is putting on a play for the whole town to enjoy. The performance is called Jack and Bella.
This fun and entertaining play is about Jack and his singing and dancing cow, Bella. Jack and Bella want to make sure their names are known, so they make it loud and in lights. Along the way, they meet several classic fairytale characters to make sure their names will be known to all.
The play was available to audition for 3rd graders and up. Anyone from the Algona community could perform in this play. The auditions were held on November 13th and November 14th. All of the kids and adults who chose to participate are very excited to be a part of this performance.
Several Algona High School students auditioned and are part of this production.
The cast of this play will perform their show on January 14th at 7pm, January 15th at 7pm, and January 16th at 2pm. The performances will be held at the OB Laing auditorium.
This play can be a great opportunity for you and your family to get out and enjoy a good show; it is a musical with lots of dancing.
