Join us for a Sports Nutrition Kick-Off presentation led by Ellen Davis, RD CSSD LD from The Performance Collective! This event is open to parents, caregivers, and all community members who want to support our student-athletes. It will take place on Wednesday, August 19th, from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM in the High School Gymnasium. Ellen will cover practical strategies to enhance athletic performance, optimize recovery, and reduce injury risk through proper fueling. Attendees will learn how athletes should fuel before and after training, how parents can best support their athlete's goals, and how our community can foster a positive fueling culture. Free fueling samples will also be provided for all athletes who attend.
