You're invited to a magical performance of *The Nutcracker Ballet*, presented by Ballet Des Moines in partnership with the Haggard-Twgood Charitable Trust!
Join Clara and her Nutcracker Prince on a fantastical journey through the Land of Sweets, featuring stunning costumes, breathtaking choreography, and Tchaikovsky's iconic score. This special performance will showcase 29 talented local dancers, ages 5 to 15, from Algona, Bancroft, Humboldt, and Clarion, alongside professional dancers from Iowa's only resident ballet company.

On Friday, November 15, Mrs. Goodman's Kdg Prep class delivered donations from Algona's Elementary Schools for the "Stuff the Trailer Event" at AK's Chrome Kitchen!
We have to give a HUGE shout-out to Mrs. Hellman and her students at Humboldt High School! They have been collecting pop tabs to add to our collection and today she sent them in with her son, Josey. Josey and his classmates poured them in this morning and over flowed our huge tote! What a great way to start World Kindness Day! :) Thank you Mrs. Hellman and HHS students!
The students here at BG have been enjoying collecting pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald house and have been doing an amazing job at it!! Such a simple thing that can make an impact on so many people! If you have pop tabs you would like to send with your student or drop off we would love to collect them and get them delivered.

The elementaries at ACSD are asking people to bring non-perishable items for the Pack the Trailer project that is done in cooperation with AK Chrome by this Friday! There will be boxes at each school to collect items in & will be taken it to the trailer on that day
