Elijah Carr, a 3rd grader, was chosen as the Lucia Wallace Hy-Vee KidFit All-Star for our squat challenge! He was honest about the 65 squats he did and he worked hard to do them properly. Congratulations Elijah!
A note from Mr. Cater- With the 2 Hour Late Start on Thursday, March 23rd, our students are not on schedule to attend school the required 1080 hours. However, we only need to make a small adjustment to allow us to reach that number. On Thursday, April 6th, students will be dismissed at our normal dismissal times rather than one hour early as we posted on our original calendar.

We had a special assembly today to honor our RISE Stars. These students consistently demonstrate our core values every day and everywhere. The students were presented a certificate and the Algona Police Department gave them each a Dairy Queen gift card. #RISE #GoBulldogs
