Chromebook pick up will be TOMORROW, Wednesday, August 14th from 4:00-7:00 PM for grades 6-12 at the AHS Commons. 5th graders will receive theirs during conferences on August 20th.
School safety is a top priority in the Algona Community School District. This year, we plan to expand the information, training, and direction to students on what to do in the event of a serious threat. This year, ACSD will be conducting non-intensive ALICE training. If you are interested, an optional informational session on ALICE for parent/guardian(s) will be held on August 20th at Algona High School from 5:30-6:30 p.m. The Algona Police Department and the Kossuth County Sheriff's Office will be available to answer any questions.
