McTeacher Night is TONIGHT at the Algona McDonald's! The event takes place from 5:00-7:00pm and proceeds will help support the Algona Elementary Schools! Teachers will be helping serve!

The Algona Middle School Cross Country team ran their conference meet on Tuesday at River Road. The day was full of personal records! The girls came in second overall and the boys came in third. It was a great ending to the regular season!

The Algona Middle School Cross Country team ran their annual cemetery run on Thursday. The runners visited gravesites at three cemeteries in Algona. They left a penny on the tombstones to show they had been visited.

Last week ACSD hosted a Chamber Coffee at the new Fieldhouse! Mr. Carter gave details on the space and a ribbon cutting was held for a very large crowd. Also, our very own Bryan Nelson was awarded the Chamber Ambassador Congeniality Award! Congratulations Mr. Nelson!
