The All-School Band Concert for tonight is going to be postponed until Tuesday, March 11th at 7:30 p.m.

Due to the impending weather, the All School Band Concert scheduled for 7pm tomorrow evening (March 4) will now begin at 6pm. All call/arrival times for students will be one hour earlier.

The Algona Boys’ wrestling team qualified eleven wrestlers for the state wrestling tournament in Des Moines later this week. If five of those wrestlers are still competing on Friday, school will be dismissed at 1:00 pm. A message will go out Thursday night about whether we will get out at 1p m. on Friday or if we will have a regular school day.

We are so Proud of our Music Program and all the amazing success and opportunities our students are having! We can't thank our Directors enough for these Opportunities! Our Elementary schools always dismiss 15 minutes prior to the announced early dismissal time. Dismissal is 1:15 today for Middle School and High School. 1:00 for Elementary buildings.
