The Algona 7th/8th Grade Band performed at the Adventureland Festival of Bands on Saturday, May 10. Their performance earned the highest possible rating of a I+. The band also earned the Best of Class Award in Class 2A. Algona Middle School Bands are under the direction of Kurt Kissinger, Dave Rich, and Nick Liebl.
